SPECIAL CHRISTMAS CELEBRATION FOR THE GOLDEN YEAR – 2021

The turn of the year 2021 – 22 as marked by a string of celebrations and rejoicings as the STEMIAN family came together on 17th December, 2021 to celebrate its fiftieth Christmas in school, in a very special way, as the school stepped in its `Golden Year’.
The Rt. Revd. Dr. P. P. Habil (Bishop, Diocese of Agra, CNI) graced the occasion along with Dr. Avinash Chand (Hony. Treasurer & DEB Secretary, Diocese of Agra), the Revd. Rodrick Victor (P/I St. James & St. Andrews Church, Meerut) and other distinguished guests – Revd. Pastors and Heads of Schools.
The programme commenced with the Congregational Hymn –
`Hark! The herald angels sing
``Glory` to the new born king”.
Revd. Paritosh Noel prayed for the school and enlightened us all to serve in the Ministry of Education as the Lord served us.
Principal Mrs. A. Deane gave a `floral welcome to the Rt. Revd. Dr. P.P. Habil (Bishop, Diocese of Agra, CNI) and Dr. Avinash Chand (Hony. Treasurer & DEB Secretary, Diocese of Agra).
The Christmas tableau highlighted the Victory of good over evil while the students enacted the birth of Jesus Christ at a time when people was oppressed and evil was rampant and how with his spiritual powers He delivered the people from suffering and redressed from the wrong.
Revd. Rinvi Noel read verses from the Holy Bible and gave the message of the Lord.
The Rt. Revd. Dr. P. P. Habil (Bishop, Diocese of Agra, CNI) reminded us once again the need the need to understand why this `Theological Understanding` was given to us. He went on to enlighten us how the `Apostles Creed` was created.
He cited the example of `Lucifer` who thought that he could be more powerful than God. He then appreciated Principal A. Deane`s achievements in such a short period.
A `Golden Jubilee coin for the Golden Jubilee Year` was specially released and presented by Principal A. Deane along with Mr. Avinash Chand to the The Rt. Revd. Dr. P. P. Habil (Bishop, Diocese of Agra, CNI).
Christmas gifts were distributed to the Honourable guests.
Principal Mrs. A. Deane punctuated the `Vote of Thanks` by thanking God Almighty for making the programme a success. She expressed her thanks to Mr. V. Daniel, our Manager, who though was not physically present but had been helping by his sound advice, in the smooth running of the school.
